Tear: Having anal sex can be a risky endeavor. As a result of anal sex due to trauma to the inner lining of the anus you could have developed a fissure.

See your doc: While some bleeding early in your pregnancy can be normal, any new bleeding during pregnancy must be evaluated by your doc. See your doc right away.

See a doctor?: How much blood?  First time it happened?  Spicy foods do not cause bloody stool. It may cause diarrhea, which can cause hemorrhoid a, which then can bleed.  I recommend GI evaluation.

Hemorrhoid?: It is not uncommon to have hemorrhoids that bulge when you push for a bowel movement.  Does it go away when you are done?  Read the excellent answers on hemorrhoids to see how to prevent their worsening or lessen the symptoms.  But see an MD for exam to ensure it is not something else

so i just got fingered in the butt for the first time today, and since then, i've had a stomach ache and there is some slight bleeding when i poop. also i've had the feeling of needing to poop all day even though i don't need to. should i be woried?

Yes: It's not safe, as one's anus is not designed for repeated in/out, in/out of fingers, penises, etc... Like in any big city, some streets are one-way and some streets are two-way. A vagina is created or evolved to be a two-way street (penis in, baby out). The gastrointestinal tract is designed to be one-way, with an opening on each end. Food goes in the mouth, and the brown stuff goes out the butt.

i had an iud for almost 4years now, but this time i notice i got bleeding lightly when i poop not everytime but it's bothering me,i checked my iud string and i felt it. i got slightly pain on my abdomen sometime but still manageable?

: First make sure the blood is from the vagina and not from anywhere else e.g. hemorrhoids. If still from vagina pl see your Gyn to check status of IUD

Hemofrrhoids: If the blood was on the outside of the stool and on the paper without any other symptoms, this is very unlikely to be anything else.

i had blood after i had pooped on the toilet paper i was bleeding from my vagina at the time and no blood in stool itself so was it blood from my vagina or was it an anal fissure after pooping i do have tailbone pain but ut feels like it is bruised?

: Anal fissure is usually painful. To differentiate place a tampon in the vagina. If still blood in stool then it is from anus or rectum. If not check tampon to give you answer

Hemorrhoids bleed: Blood in the stool is never "normal". However, bright anal blood on the outside of stool is usually from hemorrhoids (swollen anal veins). They are not serious and warm baths with epsom salts and a cream like anusol will help.
However, if the bleeding is persistent, do see a doctor for an examination.
