Abdominal pain: It sounds like a gynecological cause from what you described, but based on the information you provided, the exact cause cannot be determined. Plausible causes may include endometriosis, anovulation, endometrial hyperplasia, malignancy, etc. More investigations are needed, possible biopsy, hormonal work up, etc.

See your doc: Sounds like you have a few issues. You should see a gynecologist. What pills are you taking? A combined hormonal pill (birth control pill) may help all of your issues. Or if you are already taking one, maybe it should be changed. You need to be able to talk about these issues with your gyn.

Aub: Could mean different things. Endometrial polyps, fibroids inside your uterus, hormonal imbalance, taking bcp and provera (medroxyprogesterone) at the same time, perimenopause, ovarian cyst producing hormones. I would check your female , adrenal  and pituitary hormones to see if there is an imbalance if normal I would check the lining of your uterus.

Rare: Generally, ovarian cysts and rectal bleeding would not be related at all. The only exception might be severe endometriosis, which could cause both ovarian cysts and rectal problems including bleeding. Unless you have severe endometriosis, they would not be related.

No bleeding: It is not common to get vaginal bleeding after a ruptured ovarian cyst.  If your menstrual bleeding is atypical and persists, seek care.

Yes, Advil ? better: It's safe, but if it is not working to decrease the bleeding, ask your doctor about Advil (ibuprofen) or another "NSAID."

Not normal: See your GYN that inserted the IUD to make sure that it is in its' proper intrauterine location. I am not sure why the Depo shot was given as the IUD is a contraceptive method. With the pain and bleeding your GYN needs to determine the source by exam.
