: Confusing post. People that have a true active fungal infection in their blood are in an ICU near death. People with nasal allergies often have bloody snot due to fragile capillaries at the location. Bright red blood on stools results from cracks/scratches near the outlet, often from hard or bulky stools darker blood comes from higher up. . You should discuss this all with your doc.

Evaluation: It is uncommon but certainly possible for endometriosis to invade deeply into the bladder or rectum. A cystoscopy of the bladder and a colonoscopy would be very useful to help figure that out.

See a doctor: Common things are common.  You likely have a hemorrhoid.  But there are other causes of painful rectal bleeding, such as fissures.  The only way to know for sure is to have an exam.  Good luck.

Hemorrhoids: This sounds like hemorroids which can worsen with constipation and be  source of bleeding. Try to eat fiber rich foods and exercise. You can also try to find fiber supplement such as metamucil or citrucel.

Blood in semen: The blood in the semen itself I don't find to be concerning but with the rectal bleeding as well I have concerns about  your liver function.  If your liver  is damaged then your blood clotting ability can be impacted causing generalized bleeding.  The bottom line is that you should get checked out either by your pcp, gastroenterologist or hepatplogist.

Rectal bleed common: Hemorrhoids are quite common and it is quite easy to check by your doc--if  much pain with bm, it is likely external hemorrhoids/fissures. If no pain and blood "coats the stool" then likely from internal ones. Vaginal bleeding in seinors is not normal and should be checked out--dysfunctional uterine bleeding can be sign of uterine/cervical cancers etc..Consult doc. Good luck.

rectal bleeding can be something benign or something more serious. A combination of risk factors, your age, family history and medications are an important part for your physician to know in order to determine the most likely etiology of your rectal bleeding.  After a detailed history, a physical exam and lab work will further aid in the diagnosis. Imaging might be necessary depending on your history, but if you are over the age of 50 or have a family history of colon cancer, it is crucial to get visit a gastroenterologist who will most likely recommend a colonoscopy to evaluate your digestive tract.

Rectal bleeding has a long list of differential diagnosis from hemorrhoids (internal or external) to infectious or inflammatory disease (crohn's or ulcerative colitis) to vascular (radiation induced, ischemic or angiodysplasia) or diverticulosis or tumors (benigh or malignant). Medications or trauma can also cause rectal bleeding. This is not a complete list, but the more common causes of rectal bleeding.

The frequency of occurence is also a cruicial part of your history, and although you might think you have hemorrhoids, it is very important for you to visit your primary care physician (pcp) to discuss your symptoms. Based on your visit, your pcp will be able to discuss with you in greater detail what the next step is.

4.- polyps
5.- cancer
6.- colitis
7.- upper GI bleed

It is always good to get seen by a physcian if you are experiencing rectal bleeding.

Rectal bleeding : Can have many causes such as simple hemorrhoids or fissures, but there are other disorders of the gastrointestinal tract like inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis...Etc.
