can hiv spread by razors, toothbrush, manicure stuff etc, in any situation? i dont share them, but what if they touch any hiv blood or body fluid contaminated object before use and i cut myself or having bleeding gum etc?

Unlikely: That is  very unlikely (but not totally inpossible ) unless you both have bleeding gums or lips? However there are more contagious things besides HIV and best if any one is bleeding best not to share drinks etc.

Open sores: gingivitis is an inflammation of the gum tissue. If you have open sores, it is most likely not gingivitis. Advise dental visit asap

Body fluids: Well my friend this would be type of situation that would put you at risk of acquisition.  The fortunate thing is that oral transmission by kissing is the lowest risk...assuming she didn't have bleeding gums or ulcer in her mouth.  You will need to be tested and followed.  Oral ulcers are in general viral infections as well..so your putting others at risk of unpleasant infections.

No: It sounds like periodontal (gum) disease. Hopefully it's  just gingivitis, the milder form and easily treated. When were your last medical and dental exams? It certainly is time for a dental check-up and evaluation.

Soft brush: Use a soft brush, brush lightly including the gums even if they bleed, and use floss.  Over time, they will stop bleeding. Make sure to follow up with your dentist.

Yes! See Physician: If your warfarin level becomes too high your gums can bleed, in this case you would be at high risk of  hemorrhage, seek medical help inmediately.  If your gums are healthy due to  regular visits to dentist and good oral home care, then no gum bleeding.
