Several reasons: This may be as simple as a vaginal infection or trauma to the cervix during intercourse making it bleed a little. However, i once diagnosed cervical cancer in a 27 year old woman with this exact same symptom. See your doctor & make sure you are following up on your dysplasia. There is a 30% recurrence rate for dysplasia of the cervix.

i have been bleeding during and after sex with pain. i got tested and was positive for enterococcus faecalis. my doctor prescribed clindamycin and it didnt work. what is the best treatment for this?

: Assume the diagnosis is accurate and you need antibiotic for E. faecalis. Ampicillin is the antibiotic of choice for this organism if it is still sensitive with ampicillin by culture result. If it is resistant to ampicillin, the only oral med can be used for this organism is linezolid (Zyvox). Clindamycin is not used to treat E. faecalis.

Bleeding post coital: I suggest that you see your gyn, and have a pap smear.  Possibly you have an infection of the cervix.

Possibly: Some people can "spot" have slight bleeding mid cycle aggregated by sex.  It would depend on your age and other things like a possible IUD or discharge or pain.  When did you last have a checkup?

Family practice: Sometimes you may have a little spotting with sex. Arrousal can bring blood to vagina and with sex it may cause irritation   you should have an exam and pap smear if not yet done.

Infection: What you are describing is not normal, but it is difficult to diagnose you in this forum. I would recommend that you get an examination by a gynecologist to help you determine the problem. Although it is probably not an std, it could be a different kind of vaginal infection. It could also be an allergy. Get it checked out.
