Polyp, infection: There are several possible reasons for postcoital bleeding. They can include cervical infection or a cervical polyp. Cancer is an unlikely reason at age 18. It could just be due to impact/trauma to the cervix during sex. You will need to see your gyn clinician to investigate this for you.
