Family practice: Sometimes you may have a little spotting with sex. Arrousal can bring blood to vagina and with sex it may cause irritation you should have an exam and pap smear if not yet done.

Polyp, infection: There are several possible reasons for postcoital bleeding. They can include cervical infection or a cervical polyp. Cancer is an unlikely reason at age 18. It could just be due to impact/trauma to the cervix during sex. You will need to see your gyn clinician to investigate this for you.
