Several reasons: This may be as simple as a vaginal infection or trauma to the cervix during intercourse making it bleed a little. However, i once diagnosed cervical cancer in a 27 year old woman with this exact same symptom. See your doctor & make sure you are following up on your dysplasia. There is a 30% recurrence rate for dysplasia of the cervix.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is likely to be a benign lesion on the cervix, and it should be treatable. Do see your gynecologist.
