It is not the rule: But it is possible. Since it is hanging in the uterus through the cervix , the tip being in the vagina , any pressure can make micro bleed . The amount and the duration of bleeding to be noted . If it is just spotting , probably you do not have to worry.

No: Cyst on the ovary does not cause painful sex or bleeding , it is a common finding in a young female , need to have a vaginal exam , see your gyn dr.

Not normal: No unexplained vaginal bleeding is normal, and some causes can be serious. Maybe particular concern if your partial hysterctomy was done for cancer or pre-cancerous problem, like cervical dysplasia. See a doctor soon.

What tests?: Bleeding after sex can be because of cervical or uterine polyps (or other problems). Your info relates to blood tests and presumably pelvic exam. Have you had sonogram to check lining of uterus? May show abnormalities not otherwise found.  Pelvic issues pressing on nerves may perhaps be related to tingling in toes, not fingers. Unrelated issue, most likely. Discuss w/md.

Any of them: If left untreated, any STI can progress to the point where it causes bleeding. Trichomonas, HPV, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea can all cause inflammation of the cervix, which can lead to bleeding after intercourse. If you suspect you may have an STD get tested and get your partner tested and treated as well.

Not normal: Please see your gyn , u need a n exam to r/o cuts or tears in the vagina or cervix, cultures to r/o infection , blood work, to r/o preg and abnormal hormones, a pap if u havent had one lately, and a pelvic ultrasound.

Recent pap smear: It would be important to check for any lesions on your cervix or polyps because they could cause prolonged bleeding after trauma (sex.).

Retained products: This could be your first period after miscarriage, but if it persists I would assume it could be retained pregnancy tissue.  In that case you would want to see a gynecologist, so ultrasound could be done.  If there is retained tissue, you would likely need a D&amp;C

IUD's usually do not: "Bleeding after sex" is not likely to be due to the presence of an intrauterine device inside your uterus or to its strings in your cervical canal. 
A pelvic sonogram or an XRay to localize your "missing coil" would be valuable as well as  Gyn reevaluation of your cervix, uterus  and endometrial cavity to determine the cause of your postcoital bleeding.
