Need exam: Fumes from bleach usually cause irritation, but not more serious problems.  However it is concerning that you have vision changes today.  Regardless of what might have preceded your eye pain / seeing halos around lights = you need to have your eyes examined right away.  The eyeball surface will be viewed under magnification.

Tight airway: Would be ideal to see your doctor today for an evaluation.  Will be difficult for the doc to determine cause of chest soreness after the sensation has passed (at a future visit). A peak flow measurement and full physical exam will help determine with you're having bronchoconstriction (similar to or because of asthma) secondary to infection and/or irritant exposure.  Inhaler medication may help.

See a doctor: You have chemical irritation of the lining or the bronchial tubes. I have used Medrol in tablet form, codeine for cough control and at times Singulair (montelukast) to help with this issue. There are some inhaled medications that might help too, but your cough might not tolerate them.

Chemical irritation: This is a chemical irritation to your respiratory tract from the bleach. Here's some things to try: use nasal saline spray every 3-4 hours, warms salt water gargles, throat lozenges, cough syrup, take ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen). Drink lots of water and avoid caffeine, alcohol and smoke. If this is not resolving or if you develop fever or shortness of breath see your doctor.

hello. i got a drop of bleach in my eye. i immediately rinsed it with water for around 15 minutes and have been putting eye drops in every 5-10 minutes. my eye is sore and red but has no pain and no vision changes. should i go to the er?

: Have an ophthalmologist examine you for any eye damage ASAP. Bleach plus normal moisture in eye forms acid which can damage the eye and the damage may show up hours later. Only use water to rinse out your eyes. Do not rub your eye. Only let the eye specialist prescribe eye drops.

i was cleaning my house tiles with water mixed with a little bleach and vinegar as i normally do . i was scrubbing them for about 5 hours with little breaks in between. now after finishing up i have been coughing and have a sore throat. is that ok?

Combination, release: Chlorine gas, is released by this combo. This is very irritating to breath, in a confined space like a refrigerator or freezer can even be deadly. As you describe, may be OK. If breathing/coughing gets worse, see your doctor or urgent care.
