Not mechanically: Any mechanical removal of blackheads has probability of causing tissue damage which may lead to scarring. The best way to: remove them is to see a dermatologist. Don't try to remove them yourself. You will cause more problems with possible infection and/or scarring.

Neither: Acne and blackheads are usually best treated by topical medications or chemical peels.  Blackheads can be extracted in a controlled environment while getting a peel or microdermabrasion.

Keep skin clean: Avoid squeezing , wash with warm water use mild soap , I prefer glycerin soaps or none a cream for daily use

Scarring.: Nearly all acne scarring is caused by people squeezing their pimples. So if you like having scars on your face, go right ahead. If you don't, keep your hands off of your face.

Wash vigorously: Keep skin clean and dry with aggressive washing.  You can purchase a comedone extractor at any pharmacy to remove the ones you have.

Pore strip/ comedone: Extractor. Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day.  Use oil free products on face. No heavy foundations. Don't squeeze pimples / blackheads.  Avoid touching face (i.e., cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise.  Consider otc products (w salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If &gt; mild acne see dermatologist (discuss meds, comedone extractor, pore strips, etc.).
