There is a tool: That looks like a little spoon with a hole in it and you place the blackhead in the hole and push down. Probably available at a drug store.

Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider otc products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). Wash vigorously: Keep skin clean and dry with aggressive washing. You can purchase a comedone extractor at any pharmacy to remove the ones you have.

Squeeze: Everybody tells you to never squeeze them. In the real world everybody squeezes them. If you squeeze out the sebum, pus, and blood they feel better & heal faster. If you macerate too hard without results, you will have a bruise for nothing. Best results if you see a dermatologist.

Some ideas: You'll smell delicious. Probably best is to ask your doctor for a safe sterile method - perhaps a druggist has something, but here's a site you can read. http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Blackheads Avoid dirt - infection or being too rough. Scarring is not a good idea. Be clean and gentle and patient. Best!
