Considering the amount of watery diarrhea you have passed, I highly recommend evaluation by a physician to determine your complete metabolic profile &amp;#40;CMP&amp;#41;, provide IV hydration, and evaluate for possible infectious causes &amp;#40;CBC, stool studies&amp;#41;, thus determining the need for antibiotics. A physical exam will also help w/ assessing acuity. Good luck!

Too much 'partying': Did you take any pepto before you went out 'partying'(which can turn your stool black), or did you drink to such excess that you caused bleeding within your esophagus/stomach?

In this case the number one concern is portal hypertension leading to bleeding esophageal varices or other associated upper GI condition, which should be ruled out as the cause of your melenotic (black tarry) stools. Recommend consultation with gi/hepatology.
