Unlikely but...: It only takes one melanoma to change your life. Having more than 100 moles raises the risk of melanoma. If you do not have a dermatologist, get one and get checked. Yearly checkups can give you peace of mind, and may even save your life.

Ingrown hair: You ask a good question and any painful lump or bump on the vagina warrants examination, however this is more likely an infected hair follicle/ingrown hair/folliculitis given that herpes tends to look like a small, clear, fluid filled blister with red patches. hope that helps. Keep the area clean and dry.

i have a mole looking thing on my shoulder. wen u push on it or hit it, it hurts. its a dark purple black looking and it has gotten bigger.

Have it seen...: It is difficult to give any valid potential diagnoses for a lesion that can't be seen.  I recommend you have you family physician or a dermatologist look at the area of concern to determine what it is and if further evaluation/biopsy is needed.  All moles that are changing should be evaluated!

Blue nevus: A blue nevis is a very dark mole. This can not be determined just by appearance. Since moles can be abnormal a very dark mole should be evaluated and possibly biopsied by a dermatologist.Even benign lesions can change and a delay in diagnosis and treatment of a melanoma can make a significant difference in prognosis.

Depends: there are benign moles with specks, and there are melanomas with specks.  I always say: "when in doubt, cut it out"...go have it looked at, a biopsy would stop your worries. A regular primary care provider: PA, NP, MD, D.O. can do a skin biopsy. you don't need to see a dermatologist. Just call and make sure they have the time and equipment

please tell me, could a mole over turn black and peel off?

Depends: Sometimes patients shave them off or nick them and they end up falling off.  Make sure you see a doctor to make sure what is left is benign,  if they change, ulcerate , or grow they could be cancerous and you would not benefit by ignoring it.
