i have a black spot on my teeth. yesterday i was scraping my tooth to get food out and noticed the spot trying scraping it off but it is not moving now it hurts if i eat on that side. i did have a filling on that tooth about 3 years ago?

Addison's Disease?: The list of what could be causing this is extensive. Something know as Addison's Disease would be on the list as well as heavy metal ingestion and MANY others. Hard to tell: Black spot on the gum very difficult to diagnose without a picture. Can you see the head of the wisdom tooth yet? Is the black spot near that? Maybe a cavity that is on the erupting wisdom tooth.  Or is the spot just on the plain gum area? Has the spot just appeared or been there for a long time.  Please see a dentist to rule out different causes.

Evaluation: Unusual pigmented lesions on your gum tissues, or anywhere on your body, should be evaluated.  Probably no relation to the tooth that was removed almost a decade ago.  The appropriate specialist to see for evaluation and, if necessary, treatment is an Oral &amp; Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Blood clot: I see this often when a patient bites the inside of the cheek. You will develop a bruise or something called a blood blister that contains blood. It can look very dark. It should go away in about 2-3 weeks.

Not likey: Sounds like you had a small collection of blood. Should be no problem, However it sounds like your wisdom tooth is at least partially impacted. See an oral surgeon for advice about wisdom teeth removal.
