: I don't think all these varied symptoms are explainable with a single diagnosisbut  severe bilateral ear pain,metallic taste suggests sinus infection. I doubt that dental or temporomandibular joint dysfunction are responsible. Do you have any other symptoms characteristic of sinus infection? I recommend consulting an ENT specialist for evaluation and advice.

Patients have spasms of the arteries at supply the eye and get these symptoms and other temporary neurological problems. Temporary loss of blood flow causes temporary sight loss.  If it persists or interferes with daily activities then go to your primary care doctor for an exam and treatment.

See below: Place moderately hot towel over the area to open up pores; then wash gently but thoroughly with warm, soapy water; rinse; pat dry. Then apply cool towel (or an astringent) to shrink pores. Do this on regular basis to keep comedones (black heads) under control.
