fell three weeks ago landed on my arm, it was swollen a couple days and a little black and blue, arm still hurt arm does not hurt if at 90 degree angle but when i extend arm or bring in less than 90 degree angle arm hurt at front crease part of elbow

You : You could try simple measures such as over-the-counter medication, like Ibuprofen or aleve; however, it seems to me that it might be worth your while to seek additional input from your primary care physician.  Three weeks is a rather lengthy time to have persistent loss of motion of the elbow.

Black Dots: Black spots can often be solar lentigines that are caused due to excessive exposure to the sun. Also known as age spots, sun spots or liver spots, these usually occur on areas that get maximum sun exposure. Black spots can also be caused due to hyperpigmentation. Remember, improper shaving techniques can also cause black spots on skin. Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation is a cause. See your doc.

what would make your skin and ears turn black,  the dead skin eventually coming off, leaving parts of the ears missing, and  raw skin on my arms & leg?

Accepted Answer

You need urgent help: It's never normal for skin and soft tissue to "break" free/auto-amputate from your ears or to spontaneously develop "raw" areas of skin in the extremities.  You need very urgent evaluation and care as you could possibly be developing a life threatening condition!  Please seek help now!

Lighten Skin: You can lighten skin by using a prescription bleaching cream called hydroquinone.

why is it that my arm pits are black? how can i clean them?

Accepted Answer

Acanthosis nigricans: This is likely acanthosis nigricans.  It is a pigmentary disorder associated with Insulin resistance as with diabetes, obesity or the polycystic ovarian syndrome.  It cannot be washed away as the pigmentation is in the skin.  If you have symptoms of the above it would be reasonable to see a doc.  If you are obese you should lose weight, but despite best efforts pigmentation often remains.

if one part of your arm is broken can you move the arm, or even another part of the arm please answer both queations?

Yes and: Yes.. The motion of your arm, shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist and hand are all due to the MUSCLES and the NERVES which control them...a Fractured bone (unless severe enough to injure muscles/nerves) has NOTHING to DO with the ability to MOVE!

Probably a muscle: Strain, try some aleve (naproxen) or ibuprofin, as recommended on the bottle and see if it passes.  Good luck.

Only one needed: EMG NCS is performed on reasonable suspicion of diagnosis. I imagine you had symptoms in only one extremity.

See Dermatologist: Black patches on the skin can be due to a range of issues: hormone imbalances, moles/nevi, benign or malignant cancer. Take a picture and/or see a dermatologist for more information. Best of luck.
