Yes and: Yes.. The motion of your arm, shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist and hand are all due to the MUSCLES and the NERVES which control them...a Fractured bone (unless severe enough to injure muscles/nerves) has NOTHING to DO with the ability to MOVE!
