Not A Breast Issue: Small black spots between the breast or on the breast is not related to a primary breast issue, such as breast cancer.  This woul dhave something to do with the skin.  Se a dermatologist for a check and they should be able to tell you the issue.

Needs an examination: There is nothing to be ashamed of. Doctors are trained to see all sorts of things. It sounds like you may be seeing some blocked glands ---kind of like small pimples. Someone needs to do an exam though to see exactly what you are referring to. A proper diagnosis can then be made and a treatment plan created.

Yes: The presence of a lump in the breast associated with a black and blue mark is the sign of a hematoma secondary to an anticoagulant.  The black and blue mark should slowly turn orange in color and t hen fade. Talk with  your physician about holding  off on the anticoagulant and then reducing the dosage so this doesn't repeat internally.

Consult doctor: The removed mass must have been sent for examination by a pathologist. It the mass had been cancer, the pathologist would have reported that. Please consult your doctor to find out the diagnosis made by the pathologist. You also need to see your doctor for the persistent symptoms.
