i have very small hole connected to black line on my pit of molar its literally very difficult to see without mobile flash...used tooth peak to check but it dont enter deep...is it cavity? sometime experience sensitivity on that teeth.hole isn't dark?

Have to see: What you describe could be from trauma.  The trauma does not have to be severe, but I have seen those spots from biting on a pencil, chewing food that caused a small bruise or it could be from an inflammation from the tooth in front of the area.  You should see an oral and maxillofacial surgeon if the area does not resolve within a month.

See a dentist: This dark painful, bleeding area is something that needs to be evaluated and treated by a dentist.  It may be something stuck under your gums causing a localized infection. A dentist would need to see you to evaluate and treat the problem

Firstly, : Firstly, there is no reason to be scared if you have a cavity... You are not falling apart.

Forget about diagnosing this by yourself with a needle. You are correct: it is either a stain, or a cavity. A dentist, examining your tooth physically, can tell you for sure.

Staining is caused by bacteria that gets caught in the pits and fissures of your teeth, or from the actual coloring of the food you eat.

Make an appointment, get an exam for all of your teeth, and make sure that you don't have any other problems that you cannot see.

my stitches after my third lower molar extraction came out today after 3 wks. at first it was brownish/blackish color at the site and within hours it started forming a white material that has gotten thicker as the day progressed. is that normal?

Call: Call your treating Oral Surgeon. Post operative care is part of your surgical procedure. He/she will want to know Exactly what you are seeing, if you have a temperature, if you have a bad taste in your mouth, if there is any pain, if you are feeling out of sorts, etc.

Yes: This is possible.   This discoloration will be covered by a crown anyway.   See your dentist to complete your treatment.

Any pain?: the real concern is whether any discomfort or pain is associated with the clot.  If there is no discomfort or pain , most likely normal healing will occur.  I do not know what the white substance is.  Perhaps food debris, perhaps some yeast.
