Classical Migraine: One sided headaches with floaters could be a variation of classical migraine.  Or they could be unrelated.  You should see your eye md.

Changes in viteous: The most common cause of floaters is liquification of the gel in the center of the eye.It may also be hemrrhage related to tugging of the gel on a blood vessel.Itis important u see an eye doctor now because u may have also developed a tear, hole or retinal detachment associated withe floaters.

Yes: Yes!! They really should have gone away some time ago, I don't feel like it's normal that they're still hanging around. I might suggest you have your eyes checked with an ophthalmologist to make sure everything is ok with your eyes that your primary will not be able to see. They may have some suggestions for you to as to how to get them to go away and/or why they are still there in the first place

See ophthalmologist: The floaters are not a sign of imminent blindness, but might represent a vitreous detachment.  Best to uncover what is occurring and treat as necessary.  An ophthalmology examination is a good starting point.

Floaters: It's all in your head, I mean your eyeballs. Floaters are cellular debris floating in your vitreous, the liquid in your eyeball between your lens and retina. Usually you don't do anything about them and they go away. Are you sure the ophthalmologist wasn't wearing blinders when he did a slit lamp exam on you?

More than likely : Not related it blood pressure. Although high blood pressure may present witness a more serious entity. Floaters in the vision are from a change in the vitreous in the back of the eye. If new you need to have your eyes examined to assure there is nothing else going on with your eyes.

: Floaters like yours are usually harmless and are more noticeable when looking at brightness . Also when sleeping they may settle down at the bottom of the eye. Nevertheless, you should have regular eye checkups by an ophthalmologist.
