Check it out. : It may not be anything serious at all, but a visit to the Dermatologist couldn't hurt. If you feel that it's growing or changing in color or thickness, then a visit to the Dermatologist is essential for proper diagnosis. Chances are it's fine. But sometimes these things take us by surprise.

It&#x27;s hard to tell : Unless u saw the offending agent itself. Can be from anything- spider , ant, scorpion , tick etc. Follow up with your Dr if the area gets redder and bigger &amp; you may need to take antibiotics. Best wishes!

Rash: If you did not see the bug, it is unlikely to be a bug bite in that location. You need to have someone look at it for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

: It sounds like some kind of bacteria overgrowth, and more likely if you are heavy. Try loose cotton wears and you could use like over the counter azole cream twice daily for about two weeks. The most important thing is to keep the area aerated.

Yeast Infection: The area of the upper inner thigh ( groin) often retains moisture. This promotes the growth of fungus in the area, causing an itchy, raw rash.  Avoid tight clothing, maintain a healthy weight and avoid sugar.
See your doctor. If she agrees it's a fungal infection, she'll prescribe an antifungal cream or powder. Also ask to be tested for diabetes.

Small hemangioma...: Little red dots you described resemble small hemangiomata or " bundle" of small capillars causing red spots as blood is visible rhrough thin cappilary wall and surface if skin. They are very commonand benighn. Just cosmetical nuisance .But if any doubt , see your doctor to take a look.

Rash: It would be rash of me to attempt to make a diagnosis without seeing this rash. This could be due to insect bites, allergic reactions, contact dermatitis and other possibilities. Show this to a doctor and give them a full history.
