Yeast Infection: The area of the upper inner thigh ( groin) often retains moisture. This promotes the growth of fungus in the area, causing an itchy, raw rash. Avoid tight clothing, maintain a healthy weight and avoid sugar. See your doctor. If she agrees it's a fungal infection, she'll prescribe an antifungal cream or powder. Also ask to be tested for diabetes.
