Yes: This is common. A few lucky folks get a nevus spilus -- an elliptical brown lesion with its long axis parallel to the dermatome and speckled with darker black dots. Irregular color is a warning sign of melanoma but you need to look for other signs as well. Glad you're vigilant.

Callus.: If it's not a freckle or mole, it may be a callus. These tend to get very thick, may be painful, and can be darkly discolored on the pinky toe. If you're concerned, ask your podiatrist--if it's a callus they can shave it down and make you more comfortable.

Blood clot: What you described is likely to be a blood clot under the lining of the cheek. It should go away in a few days.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

See a dermatologist: I assume you are referring to a black dot in your genital area? Yes, this can happen and be entirely benign. However, not all are benign so having a dermatologist examine you would be best. Sometimes a biopsy is necessary which would be a very minor procedure that could rule-out anything bad.

CHANGING MOLE: Sounds like a regular good mole (benign melanocytic  nevus) has been traumatized. However, any skin lesion that changes should be checked by the Doctor. He might even biopsy it if necessary. Make an appointment with your doctor and keep an eye on the changing lesion. 
Changes to look for: Asymmetry of both halves, irregular Borders,Colors are changing,Diameter enlarging or &lt;6mm, Evolving:changing.
