Accepted Answer

: Sweat glands can become blocked, with the accumulated fluid appearing as a "black dot", and when it spontaneously "opens" or opens due to external pressure, the fluid released leave a widened opening temporarily.  Not a serious problem.

i noticed i have a small black small dot on my breast. it is flat. is this anything to be concerned about. lu?

: It is difficult to tell you what it is unless it is seen. It is important to have somebody take a look at the spot and probably biopsy it to be certain about the nature of the spot. In view of the age it is important to not delay in having it evaluated, because the body immunity is not as strong as people get older.

i have a lump under my skin between my breasts. there is a very small faint black dot over it and it is red. what could it be? it is also sensitive

Hmmm: A mole usually wouldn't be tender. It may be a folliculitis.

large brown lesion on breast. checked 3 times by dr in 6 years. atypical, has small black dot.  told dysplastic nevis. is it likely invasive melanoma?

Biopsy: I am unclear if this lesion has been biopsied previously, or if the diagnosis of dysplastic nevus was only made by your doctor looking at it.  If it looks dysplastic, i usually favor completely excising it, as these nevi are at increased risk of developing into or harboring a melanoma.

Examination: You need to be examined to determine next course of action. Black spot may represent many things, skin tag, scab, mole, etc.  For ex, a Nevi/mole may warrant biopsy by a dermatologist.

Blackhead: It sounds like you had a clogged pore or blackhead.  When you scratched it, the bacteria normally on your skin were able to make their way underneath and cause a mild infection.  This was the white pus that  you noted. If it does not resolve completely,  you should see your doctor. A picture is always helpful when trying to diagnose a skin problem.

Small pimple chest: Just like on our face we can get pimples on the skin of the chest and back. Seems you have folliculitis, a pimple, would wash with soap and water keep clean try, bacitracin  and follow up wiht doctor/urgent care

Concern: is warranted. There are a surprising number of breast structures that can get infections. They grow. If treated while the area is small, you don't even need slight poking of the area and antibiotics treat it. If a bit larger can require opening the area with a needle (popping a pimple), larger still can require minor surgery and leave a scar. Really bad can require hospitalization.

i've had an indent in my chest all therw life.in the center i used to have a small black dot the size of a pincel led. over time its  now the size of a pincil eraser. wat could tha be?

Get the mole checked: It sounds like you are describing a mole. Any mole that changes size should be evaluated. See your doctor and have them take a look at it or see a dermatologist.
