Unknown: There is not scientific data to support use of cumin  oil for pancreatitis.  Do not drink alcohol and follow all diet and treatment recommended by your doctors

ETD: Eustachian Tube Dysfunction can be helped by frequent saline nasal washes and OTC stsroid nasal spray, read the labels carefully, no problem while nursing, keep the followup with an ENT specialist, wish you well

: The vitamins are usually safe in usual doses. Cumin seed oil is a spice concentrate which has antiinflammatory properties. There is limited data regarding drug interactions, so it may be best to avoid as a supplement.  Please discuss with your physician.

Needs more study but: There's not a lot of research that gives a good answer to this question but it should be safe to try 500 mg 3x/day with food. According to https://nootriment.com/curcumin-dosage/
"4 g of curcumin a day for 30 days did not result in serious side effect" so it may be safe to go even higher but start with 500 mg 3x/day and after 2 weeks could try a bit more; if side effects like stomach upset reduce.

scientists say that piperine in black pepper helps the body absorb curcumin from turmeric. i can't eat pepper..any other spices help absorb curcumin?

Try Meriva form: Turmeric &amp; Curcumin are poorly absorbed but mixing them with fat enhances abosrption- for example, mixing with milk or coconut oil. Yes,not for everyone: Turmeric is one of the healthiest foods we can consume but is poorly absorbed so mixing it with black pepper enhances absorption (or with phospholipids in a form called Meriva). Yes : Turmeric is often touted as one of the best natural remedies for reflux but can aggravate reflux for some. While not common, it is likely some of the others you mention might cause reflux in some as well. The best way to find out is to stop all of them and restart one at a time to see how you react. i am on clopidogrel 75mg and lactone 25mg but i have been taking these herbal spices, tumeric, ginger, garlic and black pepper. they have really taken care of my ibs., and i equally noticed my bp has had some stability. do they interact with the meds?
