Examination: You need to be examined to determine next course of action. Black spot may represent many things, skin tag, scab, mole, etc.  For ex, a Nevi/mole may warrant biopsy by a dermatologist.

Dark spots: Skin often changes color or texture in response to a loss of moisture or hormonal shifts. Dark, flaky patches of the skin can relate to a multitude of possible causes, according to the american academy of dermatology, including viral infections. However, dark patches of skin around the breast that grow or continue to change shape require an immediate visit to your physician, as they may be cancer.

Get checked out: Hard to see.  You need to be examined by a doctor. Could be a wart, could be skin cancer. I would recommend seeing your local general doctor first.

Blackhead: It sounds like you had a clogged pore or blackhead.  When you scratched it, the bacteria normally on your skin were able to make their way underneath and cause a mild infection.  This was the white pus that  you noted. If it does not resolve completely,  you should see your doctor. A picture is always helpful when trying to diagnose a skin problem.

2 weeks ago on inside of breast toward chest wall, i saw a pimple-like bump w/ tiny black spot. it has grown, there is a small open hole in the middle?

Small pimple chest: Just like on our face we can get pimples on the skin of the chest and back. Seems you have folliculitis, a pimple, would wash with soap and water keep clean try, bacitracin  and follow up wiht doctor/urgent care

Other symptoms?: This does not sound like a heart problem and may actually be caused by the bone, or a muscle or ligament in your chest.  Are you having fever, shortness of breath, dizziness, palpitations, nausea or other symptoms?  Is it relieved with an analgesic?  Your should see your doctor and if this worsens or becomes associated with additional symptoms, go to the hospital.

Concern: is warranted. There are a surprising number of breast structures that can get infections. They grow. If treated while the area is small, you don't even need slight poking of the area and antibiotics treat it. If a bit larger can require opening the area with a needle (popping a pimple), larger still can require minor surgery and leave a scar. Really bad can require hospitalization.

Angiomas: These lesions sound like cherry angiomas, which can vary somewhat in color and is size They are often inherited. If they enlarge or bleed without trauma I recommend examination by a dermatologist to obtain an accurate diagnosis.

Depending on family history, these can start in your 20's and accumulate slowly over time. If any of them are very dark or irregular, they should be checked by a dermatologist.
