Other symptoms?: This does not sound like a heart problem and may actually be caused by the bone, or a muscle or ligament in your chest. Are you having fever, shortness of breath, dizziness, palpitations, nausea or other symptoms? Is it relieved with an analgesic? Your should see your doctor and if this worsens or becomes associated with additional symptoms, go to the hospital.
