Many things: From running and getting wind chapped, to dehydration to getting them dry when you mouth breathe when you have a cold.

You are not: Dehydrated. Dry and painful lip can be due to constant licking and cold weather causing cracked lips and bleeding.You can use chapsticks or my favorite- aquaphor ointment as often as needed till healed.

Harmless: Small amounts of antibacterial soap are not poisonous or dangerous. Very large amounts could be corrosive however.

Spider bite: That depends upon whether you actually saw the spider and it truly bit you, or you are assuming something on your lip may have been a spider bite. These are uncommon and this is a very unusual location for a spider bite. If you develop any symptoms would strongly recommend you see a doctor immediately since, particularly with the brown spider, extensive tissue destruction may occur.

Yeast infection?: It is a good time to see a family or gyn doctor to make sure you are otherwise doing well. No need to suffer. Go get check up.

i am very worried about a reaction o had to salty chips i ate a lot of them and my lips went white and swelled on one side its been 3 hrs its gone down a bit and the white is mostly gone but i'm scared to sleep just incase something happens or i die?

: What you described is unlikely to kill you. If the symptoms are subsiding, you may go to sleep. 
You probably had a mild allergic reaction to the stuff you were eating and it would prudent to refrain from that type of "food".
