It is safe: Anthrax vaccine is used for military personnel and laboratory workers.  Some experience mild discomfort at the vaccine site- redness, tenderness, itching etc. About 10% develop some fatigue.

Breast feeding mothers may receive ava without any fear of passing anthrax to their infants. There is no data showing an increased risk to fetuses, but it has not been studied in pregnant women.

OTC lubricants: Most dry eye can be handled with over the counter (otc) lubricating drops.  Do not use the ones that say "gets the red out" as these are drying.  Plain eye ointment at night is also helpful.  For persistent eye dryness especially if the vision is impaired, see your ophthalmologist.
