i came on my peread 2 weeks erley and  have not  come  of yet bin  on  11  days now?

Not normal!: 11 days on a period is about 4 days too many already.  If you see no signs of your period ending (less bleeding, less frequent change of tampon or pad) or you're also having pain, you need to see a doctor.   Meanwhile, take a multi-vitamin with iron supplement to help prevent anemia from blood loss.  Best wishes.

i used toilet tissue that potentially touched a sanitary bin. am i at risk of catching anything?

Probably not: All surfaces are non-sterile.  And your body (unless you have AIDS or something along those lines) has multiple defense mechanisms to protect yourself against the myriad pathogenic organisms out there. A gentle touch of toilet tissue up against a bin which had contained some sanitary napkins doesn't seem to qualify as a grave danger!

Breast discomfort: Breast discomfort may be caused by hormonal factors causing congestion or may be due to cystic changes. See your physician if redness develops or if pain and tenderness persist. In the meantime abstain from caffeine.

can opening a peddle bin when you're holding a plate of food  in front of it cause germs from the bin to land on the food if you are quite close to it?

Not Likely : Unless material stuck to the lid flew up onto your plate, it is nearly impossible for any germs to infect you. Try not to worry about germs. The best thing you can do to protect yourself is to WASH YOUR HANDS  frequently and before eating. Brush teeth twice a day for 2 minutes.

Could be due: Multiple factors. Need to see a fertility doctor. Men or female issues could lead to infertility. No matter the etiology of infertility help  could be available

Pregnancy: Most women have a mild amount of spotting in the first trimester, but if it has been continuous for 2 weeks with cramping and/or abdominal pain, I recommend an evaluation by your OB.

Depression: Dear koala, they key word here is "suffering". The good news is that you don't have to. It takes committment, but there are many routes to wellness. I suggest that start by seeing your regular physician. He or she can assess & determine if there are any organic causes. Your provider may refer to a psychologist or psychiatrist. Take care.

Need more details: If the patient is a male and headaches last less than 45 mins the commonest cause is cluster headaches, otherwise more information is required.

Don't try: You should not be taking prednisone for 6 months of bronchitis until a doctor has done a complete physical exam, probably x-rays, perhaps sputum culture and is convinced it is not an infection and is a manifestation of asthma .
