Need more info: Ecchymosis is an other name for a bruise. It can occur due to many reasons, including trauma. Diagnosis of hemorrhagic disease usually requires laboratory tests. If you have bruises without trauma, it would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

does aleeve cause ecchymosis to take longer to heal?

it might: Aleve, (naproxen) a low dose of  naproxyn does have an effect on platelets limiting their ability to help in clot formation. If you are sensitive to it or are taking alot you could develop easy bruising and it might take a little longer for bruises to heal.

It is possible: If the bruising is an isolated incident, not to worry.  If you have noticed excessive bruising due to otherwise innocuous activities such as this, may be worth screening for blood clotting disorders. Anti-platelet medications such as aspirin and other nsaids can slightly increase bruising tendency, too.

Red spots : This is a concern! You have thrombocytopenia from some source. Are you on any specific medications and causing your playlet count to drop. Red spots are normal when platelets drop. I would go to a hematologist to further evaluate this. You may have ITP after a viral infection causing bone marrow suppression. You need a bone marrow biopsy to figure this problem out!

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. As long as the lesions are healing, even if slowly, let nature take its course.

i've been on yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) for 4months.now i spot 2 small ecchymosis on leg that i don't know of the cause. there's no pain or swelling.could this be a problem?

Probably not: There is a difference between ecchymosis and a deep venous thrombosis.  Without swelling or tenderness it is unlikely to be anything worrisome.  Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) does have a slightly higher risk for causing DVT than non-drospirinone containing ocps, so we always worry about them.  If you have concerns have your doctor examine the leg and determine if any more studies are needed.

Swelling : Edema means swelling. Periorbital means around the eyes. This it means swelling around the eyes. It can be caused by many conditions. As always i suggest you get an complete exam by an professional eye physician.
