It is possible: If the bruising is an isolated incident, not to worry. If you have noticed excessive bruising due to otherwise innocuous activities such as this, may be worth screening for blood clotting disorders. Anti-platelet medications such as aspirin and other nsaids can slightly increase bruising tendency, too.

It is possible: It is possible to develop bruising related to pressure, although unusual in someone so young (30 years old). Do you take any medications? Any blood thinners like aspirin or ibuprofen would make you more likely to bruise easily. If you have taken prednisone for any reason, that would make you more likely to bruise easily also. If you are not taking anything, see your doctor for a routine check up.
