Chemo and/or radiati: Your case is too complicated for a simple answer.  You need to be in a cancer center where your treatment can be tailored to what your specific case requires.  Sorry i can't provide more info.

will affected lymph nodes show up on a bilateral breast mri?

Accepted Answer

No: We cannot tell if a node has cancer within it in the us.  In eurpoe they have a special agent which goes into the nodes. They can sometimes tell if a node has cancer in the node.  It is used there more for staging of colon cancer. 

The breast MRI is to detect cancer in your breasts - not the nodes.  Of course it can see nodes as enlarged but they can be enlarged from infection and inflamamtion.

does a bilateral breast mri's also see if lymph nodes are ok?

Maybe: The axillary nodes (actually the whole chest and upper abdomen) are included in the bmri images but the test is focused on the breast tissue.  The bmri may show enlarged or even abnormal (lacking normal architecture) nodes but can't definitively tell if there are cancer cells present.  The normal healing/inflam response to bx will swell nodes.  Pathologic eval/biopsy of the nodes is definitive.

bilateral axillary lymph nodes, largest on right side is 2.3 x 0.6cm and on left side is 2.6 x 0.9cm left breast. 
what does that mean?is it harmful!

Potentially yes: You need to check with your GYN or family doctor ASAP to find out the reason.  It is definitely abnormal.

what do i do if i had a breast scan recently and was told that i have bilateral benign axillary lymph nodes in both axillae, but no masses, everything else was very normal; i was told it maybe due to my shaving, should i be worried?

: At age "31", if you have a family history of early age  breast cancer, consult a general surgeon about a possible "sentinel node biopsy" which may reduce suspicion of lymph node spread of occult malignancy.  If there were no groups of fine calcium positive clusters on your breast scan (presumably an ultasound or digital mammogram) and negative family history, there is low risk of malignancy.

Axillary adenopathy: It would be very unlikely that breast CA would cause symmetrical and bilateral lymphnode swelling.  Sounds much more likely to be an infectious/viral process.

Unclear : You need images to know about the proper diagnosis, but  the lymph nodes normally   in your armpits are swollen, but look harmless.

See specialist: You have a "busy" breast and with your young age it is probably dense as well.  I highly recommend you find a breast specialist who can review the films and examine you.  I have several other posts on Fibroadenoma and Cystic changes (Fibrocystic) that you can review.

Let's not jump into: The worst conclusions. Your are 30 y/o, nonsmoker. If you look at the study, 1994, univ of miami, people who developed lung cancer under age 36 were mainly exposed to marijuana, inconclusive but something to think about. In all likelihood this is part of your rheum problem such as rheumatoid nodules or infectious such as fungal. You need a bronch/biopsy for dx. I wish you luck, keep spirits up.

small bilateral axillary lymph nodes and neck all less than cm, last 5 months. all investigated nil cause found, tho never biopsied now new left breast lump 6 oclock, approx 2cm x 1cm, could it be lymphoma? screening mammogram 2 months ago normal?

: With a breast mass of "2cmx1cm", a biopsy is necessary to determine the diagnosis, which is usually accompanied by an axillary "sentinel node" biopsy on the side of the dominant breast mass.
