None: First make sure you are truly talking about large testicles and not a large scrotum!...It is different!
large testicles cannot be reduced in size by any means other than hormonal therapy or surgical.
The scrotum  can be reduced in size by different means, depending on the origin of the enlargement. Unconvetional home remedies can be dangerous.

Sometimes yes: The connection of varicocele and male sub-fertility is not entirely consistent: though some men with sub-fertility are helped by varicocele repair, a majority of men with varicocele never have  fertility problems. Expert groups of urologists and res often disagree on specifics, so for a less general answer i recommend getting a in-person evaluation with an expert you trust.

See a physician: You could have an infection in the testicle or epididymis which could cause the swelling. This can be treated with antibiotics. Less likely would be testicular torsion or twisting of the testicle, which would require surgery. After 4 hours of torsion, it is unlikely that the testicle could be saved.

Yes : I would recommend seeing a urologist. If it's in the skin, may just be a cyst, but it's important to have it looked at. May need an ultrasound and surgical removal. I would do this within the next few weeks. Hope this helps!
