If originating below the esophagus, maybe: 1) partial gastric outlet obstruction due to gastritis/ulcer; 2) pyloric narrowing from scar;3) gastroparesis due to delayed stomach emptying (as w/diabetic gut neuropathy); 4) bacterial overgrowth in gut; 5) any malabsorption; 6) pancreatic maldigestion; 7) ibs. Get checked.

Time to see a doctor: A young adult woman who feels palpitations should be checked by her primary care doctor (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, not Ob-Gyn) to make sure her body is ok from a general check-up point of view, and to listen to her heart. It could be a thyroid hormone problem, or could be that her heart is beating irregularly for another reason, etc... Additionally, a cardiologist can also evaluate.

: Strictly speaking only gastric conditions and gynecomastia together, a gastric cancer that releases human gonadotropin can also enlarge breasts. This is rare. I would consider whether the stomach issues are truly stomach of origin or even related. Most common causes are puberty, medications, and no specific cause
