: No not without examining you. Go to an ENT MD. In the meantime gargle with warm salt water  3-4 times a day and use  OTC throat lozenges.

Cystic Acne: Nodulocystic acne sufferers develop nodules as well as cysts. Nodules are hard, painful lumps under the skin's surface. Much larger than papules, nodules form deep within the skin and take a long time to heal. Treatment is with oral antibiotics.

Tonsillitis: If this is going on for 7 months , you have chronic tonsillitis . Your glands in the neck are trying to fight the infection. Please see ENT , likely you may benefit from tonsillectomy.You may also have a Post nasal discharge and allergies which may be adding to the throat irritation and cough . Please get it evaluated.

Get checked.: You don't have to have white patches to have strep.  Red bumps can be due to strep or to other things, too.  But if you have a sore throat it is always a good idea to get checked for strep to be safe.  Strep gets better without treatment, but if it is not treated, you can get rheumatic heart disease and other complications. Get seen. Better safe that sorry.

NO: Symptoms of HIV generally take months to years to be noticeable.

Generally, 2-4 weeks after exposure an HIV patient may experience symptoms consistent with generalized illness such as fatigue, aches cough or sore throat.  The characteristic infections associated with aids take months/years to become noticeable.
