Yes: U r ideal body weight should be below 180 lbs. Ldl should be below 100 and HDL should be above 45.U need statin to be healthy!

Yes: Generally yes.  With your history of pe (unless there was a specific cause for this like a broken bone) and being positive for the factor v leiden mutation, you probably would be placed on lifelong anti-coagulation (e.g. Warfarin). However, it depends on your history, other medical risk factors, etc.

what factors can contribute to a false positive pregnancy test?  i'm not on any medication and an curious if my positive result might be incorrect.

Probably positive: It's probably positive. The test checks for the Beta subunit of HCG, and it doesn't cross react with other hormones. It sounds like you are pregnant.

Suggestions: Your medication could have anti-cholinergic adverse effects, or you might be experiencing underlying medical problems causing issues with focus and concentration.  An OTC preparation which is highly promoted is not going to restore normal function.  Instead discuss these points with your doctor and address as appropriate. Heart: A right bundle branch block can be a relatively benign condition.  As far as I know, it would not present any problem relating to Covid19 infection.
