Could be many things: Bca could mean many things. However, it commonly means breast cancer.  Also, balloon catheter (coronary) angioplasty.  Need more information on how it is being used.

Here are exercises for big guns in general:  these exercises help to build arm muscle: push downs, pin presses, dumbbell wrist curls, dips, rolling extensions, barbell wrist curls, preacher curls, chin ups, lying barbell triceps extensions, thick  grip curls, concentration curls ; lying dumbbell triceps extensions.

Yes: It will heal on its own but it may tear worse or possibly bleed into the muscle if you keep on using it as you normally would. Please consider seeing your health care provider if it worsens or persists.

Initials: My guess would be the providers initials, followed by the nurses initials.  If it is an electronic record system, these would be at the end.

Breast cancer: It relates to testing certain genes which may predispose a person to high risk of developing breast (and also ovarian) cancer. Currently 2 genes can be tested brca1 and brca2. Please note that these are not routine tests and there are certain guidelines to be considered before testing.

Drug interactions: You didn't tell us which oral contraceptive?  I tried several different oral contraceptives against Acyclovir using a drug interaction checker and found no interactions. Continue: Continue to take your birth control pills regularly. For example: if you took your bcps before day light savings time around 9 P.M. Then still take them at 9 P.M. After day light savings time. An hour won't be detrimental to the effects of birth control.
