Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cyst is more common than myoma. Myoma by itself rarely causes pain unless it became twisted or there is loss of blood supply orbecame very big.

Benign mass: A myoma is a also called a fibroid - a benign uterine tumor. Intramural means that it is contained within the wall of the uterus. A nabothian cyst is like a pimple or a blocked gland on the exterior edge of the cervix. It is also a benign finding.
