Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Water protein fiber: You can fool your stomach into thinking it has food in it by keeping it full of water (not diet soda).  Also you stay satisfied much longer after a meal if you concentrate on protein (meat, nuts, eggs, cheese) and cut out as many carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.) as you possibly can.  These take longer to digest and therefore leave the stomach more slowly.  Same with fiber (bran, vegs pgf).

If you mean that the nerves are  hypersensitive then anxiety and stress may be contributing to the headaches and stomach pain. Avoidance of alcohol, caffeine, cheese, and chocolates may help. Biofeedback and meditation can help too. See your medical doctor to  diagnose and treat the problem.

I advise you enjoy your holiday but the most fattening foods are sugars ; starches, so eat more turkey ; green beans ; yams less potatoes, stuffing ; pie. Drinking 2 cups of water 20 min. Before you eat will help. Fill a moderate-size plate and wait 1/2 hour before seconds.
