Vitamins: There is no evidence that vitamins are ever going to increase your immune system to a specific virus. Hpv  is so common, it might be considered an anomaly instead of an abnormality. We have many viruses and many immunities in our bodies. Our currant vaccinations are meant for the younger generations, and should be utilized. Your past infections are up to your own immune systems.

HSIL in pregnancy: Unfortunately, no vitamins or other treatment will have any benefit. HSIL itself isn't dangerous -- it indicates a risk of later progression to cervical cancer, but that usually takes a few years -- so nothing serious is likely to heppen during your pregnancy. Follow through with colposcopy then follow your doctors' advice.

No: One does not want to just "boost" an immune system. Bad things happen when one's immune response is too little (can get infections, and die from serious ones). Bad things happen when one's immune response is too much (can get auto-immune disorders, where one's own immune system attacks oneself). Life is about balance. Exercise, a healthy diet, and approved supplements are fine, but don't stop HPV.

I doubt it: Claims that particular vitamins / minerals "strengthen the immune system" are created by advertisers with little or no real science.  Anyone who believes miracle claims for decaffeinated green tea is reading uncritically. I hope you will manage hpv scientifically; it's a real danger to life if ignored but can almost always be dealt with by today's evidence-based medicine. Thanks for asking.

Vitamins and HPV: Vitamins as supplements will have absolutely no effect on HPV. You can however take the supplements you indicated, although a single multivitamin a day would be just as effective.

Safe sex, condoms: The best method is prevention by the use of condoms or abstinence. If one contracts hpv and warts are identified, then treatment includes surgical excision or topical creams depending on the size, location, and number of lesions present.
