Paxil (paroxetine): Paxil (paroxetine) is best taken at bed time. That way you will have a good nights sleep and feel less anxious the next day.

Anytime: It doesn't really matter - if Paxil (paroxetine) makes you sleepy then go ahead and take it at night (when you probably take the motelukast).  If it doesn't make you drowsy then take it in the morning.

Paxil (paroxetine): Paxil (paroxetine) is generally best taken in the morning.  At first these class of drugs (ssris) may cause you to become drowsy, but that is usually transient.  The opposite may occur in some people where they develop insomnia later in therapy if taken too late in the day, hence the reason to take it in the am.

Paxil (paroxetine): Your Paxil (paroxetine) is extended release, once a day medication. Unless otherwise advised by your prescribing doctor, evening time is usual time i prescribe paxil-xr to my patients.

can u take suboxone and paxil (paroxetine) at the same time?

You can, but...: There is no interaction between these drugs. Suboxone is used during your treatment maintenance period as directed by your doctor. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment and the protocol is not to increase your dose or to take medication more frequently, or take it for a longer time than prescribed or mix it with any other medication even OTC.

Ketek: Other than added stomach upset, nausea & headaches, no other negative interactions between Paxil (paroxetine) & the antibiotic ketek.

Your treatment : Should be carefully reviewed. You should consult ur doctor again to reassess your symptoms. If your doctor is your primary care physician, he may refer you to a mental health professional or another specialist to follow-up and treat your condition accordingly. I am not able to answer your question regarding the time u should take Paxil (paroxetine) because i don't know if it is indicated for you or not.

why does my vision go black after i bend over? this has been happening for a while but sometimes worse than other times. im 32 years old & weigh 110. i also take 20mg of paxil once a day. should i be concerned?
