Won't help: None of these supplements will help with anxiety, depression or insomnia. Omega 3 has been shown to be helpful in lowering your bad cholesterol (ldl). 5-htp supplements have not been proven to be beneficial in any way as of now. Consult your physician to get to the root of your problem as soon as you can.

Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner,  apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime.

The best brand of : Omega 3 fish oil comes from eating fish, not taking pills. Better to change your diet and include the fish and skip the pills. No benefit shown from taking pills. They just put a hole in your wallet. The benefit comes from eating the fish.

Flax: Krill oil and fish oil are the new snake oil, both are high in omega 3 fatty acids which are extremely fragile. Omega 3 fish oils reduce triglycerides by impairing the liver's ablility to make them. However the oxidative stress caused by fish oil actually raises LDL cholesterol. 
Some day we may use the phrase "this is just more fish /krill oil" or "here comes the fish/krill oil salesman" flax ok.
