lower right leg strain, could be achilles or lower calf but has been for 4-5 days. stretching, icing , and walking but not sure its improving - i am active, andwould really like to run soon.  maybe poor sleep position as this just kind of appeared?

i have neck strain. dont know whether its a muscle strain or not. to relieve the pain i apply 'volini' but it does not last long. i sleep on 2 pillows?

Motion testing: When your neck hurts, one way to assess the cause is to slowly move your neck in flexion, extension, side to side and then lowering each ear to your shoulder. With significant muscle involvement, you will feel the particualr area of the muscle resist your motion. If you, instead hear a gentle popping, that may signal a joint issue.

can a muscle spasam in neck and back cause stress and severe strain on eyes specially while sleeping?

Muscle strain: If this has been of short term onset please go to er and rule out meningeal infection
if it long term then please do a sleep study 
it could just be regular muscle strain but eye involvement could suggest migraine.

Dental abscess: The second most common cause of tooth abscess is trauma. See your dentist for evaluation,x-rays and treatment.

due to wrong sitting/sleeping posture i was getting right side ear jaw & shoulder pull/pain.i started going to gym and now my neck shoulders are paining. how do i differentiate between muscle strain and slip disc.does slip disc in neck need operation?

Neck problems: Medical history, physical examination and radiographic studies would be used to determine if there was a disc injury.  Not all intervertebral disc problems require surgery. You are trying to reduce something that would require complex assessment into something much simpler.

WhateversComfortable: There is no specific position that i would recommend if one has a hernia.  However, following hernia repair, many patients have told me that getting out of bed is quite difficult the first few days after surgery; this is made much easier by sleeping in a reclining chair.

best advice to minimize/control snoring naturally? ive seen ent, no interest in meds/machines. can new sleeping positions help? (im not overweight)

Possible: Sleeping on side instead of back may help prevent obstruction of airway.  Elevating head during sleep may also help in some cases

Pillow under knees: Sciatica pain is most severe when the legs are straight so sleep on your back with a pillow rolled up and placed underneath your knees.
