Try a few: I believe the best would be if you can get as round inflatable on open in the middle ( donut shape).Why don't u see a proctologist he can possibly relieve you from your problem once and for all and is not necessarily surgery.

If the medical therapy fails to control hemorrhoids, then ask for surgical referral.

Yes: Triamcinolone is stronger version of hydrocortisone which is steroid commonly used in over-the-counter hemorrhoid creams. Also plan on eating more fiber, drinking more water &amp; exercising regularly (all good advice anyway) to reduce constipation &amp; need to push hard which aggravates 'rrhoids

Hemorrhoids: Anti-inflammatory drugs may be helpful but topical pain meds (lidocaine) and steroids creams are typically the most helpful immediately.  Try mineral oil.  1-2 tbsp/day.  Mix with anything.  It will "grease the pipes" allowing stool to move thorugh quickly and decreasing time on the toliet which is essential to improve hemorrhoids. Drink a lot of: Fluids, take over the counter stool softeners, eat high fiber diet and do sitz baths. Avoid straining at all. If symptoms get worse you can try steroid suppositories.  Best of luck!
