Have been suffering with hemorrhoid pain for over 3days, i've tried just about everything and still haven't had any relief. the pain is terrible! help?

May be: A painful thrombosed external hemorrhoid. Go to an er for evaluation or call your doctor to get a referral to a surgeon for treatment with incision and drainage if needed. A thrombosed external hemorrhoid will also resolve on its own with warm bath soaks over about a week.
