Yes and yes: I always recommend taking a probiotic when taking an antibiotic and to continue the probiotic for at least a couple of months after. In fact, I usually recommend that my patients take a  probiotic daily for general health, but especially if taking an antibiotic.

Not exactly but...: I recommend everyone take a good multivitamin including those with candida issues, and Garden of Life Men's multivitamin is one of the better ones out there, but that alone won't do much if anything to treat the yeast. 
Treatment involves minimizing sugars and starches, taking antifungal herbs and/or drugs and probiotics. Treatment takes 3-6 months.
