Yes,Dr is right.: Were  there any Xrays taken?  if they were and nothing was found,then the Dr might be right. Your history of trauma before,mught have given you some muscle spasms.

You need to be referred to a Physiotherapist by your local GP.  The Physiotherapy will help release the spasms and then the pain will disappear slowly,after a few sessions.

NSAIDs: Nsaids are the first line therapy.  Bed rest for not more than 24 hours. Physical therapy is also very helpful.

NSAIDS, OPIATES: If your condition is a slow and chronic disease, or in remission, then continue treating as if you did not have leukemia. I am not very familiar with Tasigna, but it can cause bruising and liver issues, so before trying any pain meds, consult your oncologist .

Pain: If you are taking pain killers and they are not helping it is important that you have a full evaluation by your physician to assure that your diagnosis is correct and to assure that you are taking the right medication.   Escalation of the dose of medication is not prudent without the advise of your physician.  You may have a severe underlying condition or you may be treating your condition wrong.
