having tooth pain. doc started rrot canal put only but a medication and told to vist after 2 weeks. orthopan is clear pls advise what  it coult it be?

Infection: Can be painful.  If Rx provided by your Dentist is not giving you relief, would be advisable to see a root canal specialist, an Endodontist, for care.  Periical film, CBCT, would give better look at infected area than a Panoramic x-ray.  Endodontist has Endo Microscope for better visualization.  Specialist does only Endo Rx.  GP does many fewer Endo Rxs in between cleanings, fillings, etc.

i take 0.5mg of clonazepam at night for bed , but im also having tooth pain and im wondering if its safe to take an aleve (naproxen) even though i took my other medication already?

: While there is no known drug drug interaction between naproxen and clonazepam, all meds should be taken for a limited amount of time and with clear goals. Side effects specific to each drug still apply and caution should be exercised.

If not, see your dentist who can suggest several things such as desensitizers (otc toothpaste and office applied medications) as well as Fluoride rinses\gels. Avoid eating and drinking very cold foods and liquids meanwhile.

i have taken drug nimesil several times with alcohol when i had tooth pain, as i have heard combination nimesil with alcohol can cause serious liver injury, should i see doctor and check my liver?

: Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, damage testicular cells that make testosterone, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.
