No.: Savlon wipes are marketed for "on the go" wound cleansing and hand sanitizing.  It would be more "dangerous" to delay cleansing a fresh wound.  Most likely Savlon wipes contain the antiseptic chlorhexidine which is often used in hospitals &amp; other medical settings.  Check the ingredients on the container and use them only as directed.  You should be perfectly safe.

?: Only if you are unable to find clean water and soap. Urine is hypertonic and acidic and would create a burning sensation much like vinegar.  In the wilderness it would help clean a contaminated wound if other means were not available.

Skin care: Most superficial skin cuts will heal with time . Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid a lot of skin care products , antiseptics are ok. Keep  the area covered with a clean dry bandage if possible.  If redness, swelling, warmth or discharge from the cut occurs, contact your medical provider quickly to evaluate for a developing cellulitis.

: I tiny cut is relative.  I don't think any one can be sure without seeing it. You should have protection from tetanus. Speak to your doctor

No: Main component of savlon is cetrimide which is an antiseptic. On the other hand neosporin is an antibiotic  which is effective against infection. Savlon protects against infection. Neosporin treat infection. You cannot substitute savlon with neosporin. Use of savlon will reduce the changes of infection and use of neosporin.

Thus clean with small amounts of liquid soap  added to lukewarm water combined with gentle yet thorough scrubbing. This remains the best in most cases. Do not be deluded by lots of marketing of additional products to buy.
